Core workout
Absolutely strengthened my core. The class begins with basic standing poses, including Warrior III, to warm up, and I definitely built heat before the core series began. Breath of fire during navasana and table was amazing! I held those longer than I could have with ujjayi, and it built even more heat and strength. At times, though, it did feel more like a workout than a yoga practice session, though.

always great
i am a devoted 'fan' of all the classes & of the instructors/production etc. unfortunately i haven't had a practice in a couple of months (!). this has been the longest stretch without a yoga class since i started a couple of years ago.
i couldn't decide what class to do so i just jumped in with this one. it was a great class to start again. (i'll see how my back takes it tomorrow) but it's great to be back. i don't usually do the weekly class because sometimes they are busy but it's after midnight & it was perfect.

Okay but...
Good class but found it a bit hard to get into the flow of it. The part where Adi told us to cross our legs and then lift one and then the other and turn and jump... completely confused me. Also LOVE breathe of fire but found it's inclusion in the middle of the class a bit out of place.
Do love Adi though and am a big fan of Yoga Today.
