It's so nice that we are guided out of relaxation pose in this video. After a class, when I hear "stay in this pose as long as you can," or even "stay for 5 to 10 minutes," I have a hard time with it (I don't have a timer in my head :)). Thanks for the wonderful class! Flag as offensive

Is anyone else experiencing technical difficulties with this video? I have done a lot of classes with Yoga Today and this seems to be the only one I am having trouble with. It buffers every few seconds, despite pausing it prior to play, and connecting directly (with a wire) into my router. Flag as offensive

This class is strengthening to the whole body, creates heat, and really works the core. The arm balance is challenging, but great for opening the hips. Lots of lift ups and jump throughs (with instruction). One of my favorites!

A challenge for this beginner! I worked up some good heat while working on balancing poses, donkey-kicks, jump-throughs, and seated lift-ups. It was so great to learn about using blocks when attempting to jump feet from Down Dog to between hands. I'll try this in the future to help me. Thanks!

The energy is really good here. The core work doesn’t come into full swing until the last half of class, but don’t worry, your core will get worked. There are also some opportunities play around with handstand prep (donkey kicks) and jump throughs.

This was a nicely paced, and pleasantly challenging class. There were plenty of adaptations suggested for the less flexible (like me!). A few balancing poses and a tough core sequence on the floor had me sweating up a storm! I'll definitely be feeling this class tomorrow.
