I have been experiencing pain in my lumbar spine and this practice really relieved it. I would not say this class is a guru level at all; it’s very slow paced and repetitive but I enjoyed it as more of a restorative practice. The birds loudly chirping and what sounded like helicopters circling overhead are definitely distracting, but it was still worth it for me!

This video practically needs subtitles. Between the birds, the wind, the planes and what sounded like a leaf blower, it was really hard to hear Adi. At one point I couldn't hear her at all. It's too bad because this practice is great.

I had to add a lot of my own poses- there is nothing guru about this class level! While hearing the birds sing is always nice, it's also nice to hear the yoga instructor. Too much ambient noise that clouded out Adi! Kind of a frustrating class, but if you want to forward bend ALOT and hang out in down dog ALOT, this could be a relaxing class for you.

Agree with recent comments. Location appears to be in a flight path hence Adi's teaching regularly muffled by plane noise. Also, I would call this a Yogi class, not guru. Otherwise, enjoyable and lovely scenery!

I agree that it starts slow, and never takes you to a sweat but some of the holds were a little tough for me today, perhaps because of my lower back pain. In any case this is exactly what I was looking for, to stretch my lower back.

Still entirely doable-but I did have to subtract a star. I really needed to let go of some things today, so this was perfect. Don't let the guru rating scare you away. It is fine for all levels, I think. I'll surely be coming back to this one.

This class is basically a very slow moving and deep holding Ashtanga Primary Series - only the basic poses. My legs feel great and I feel calm and relaxed. I think it is a Guru rating because of the long holds, but it would be fine for intermediate because the poses are basic.

This was about the fourth time I've done this Yoga session. I really benefit from all the forward bending poses in this session. It is hard to hear Adi at times. Glad we can see you too, because that definitely helps! Thanks again for another great session! ~Namaste!

A bit hard to hear in a few sections, but I really enjoy this practice.
