Office Stress Relief

Sitting in front of your computer for hours on end is physically and mentally taxing. Take a break to pamper your mind and body, the natural way. This sequence will stimulate your circulation, stretch out your muscles and give your brain the energy boost it needs to be productive for the rest of the day. It’s particularly important as the seasons change to avoid dehydration throughout the workday. Grab a glass of water and honor yourself with this quick and relaxing sequence! It’s only 5 minutes of your day and you’ll be happier for it:)

Hi, loved this short sequence, very helpful for a “sitter” :-) Very useful in daily life. Exactly what I have been waiting for, there’s not always time for a full hour session and shorter sequences are good inspiration.

We are enjoying making these short sequences. It is amazing what a little bit of movement can do! Like my teacher John says, you line up to nature, move the body, and the Shakti (power of life) knows what to do. Wow, it sure feels good!

i look forward to my ‘classes’ with all three of you every day…. for a full hour or for a short ‘wake up’. i live away from the big city :) , but cannot imagine a class that i could get more clear, and JOYFUL instruction. thank you so much for all that you share. i am anxiously awaiting a dvd…..the primary series, part one and two, would be a treasure for me and the rest of my yoga buddies. (hint hint).
